Support Coordination is a service that pairs clients with a dedicated Support Coordinator who assists them in the following areas:
Explain what an NDIS plan covers and what it doesn’t.
Plan how to make the most of your NDIS funds.
Participants will be connected to a variety of community services and resources.
Prepare NDIS evaluations
Support Coordinators give you options and control over the types of services you’ll require. Once you’ve received your NDIS funding, you may start looking for the various assistance you’ll need to achieve your objectives.
When applying for funding, we strongly advise you to request Support Coordination to ensure you are able to navigate the NDIS with care.
