Explore our services
Core supports. Ask about help with personal care, meals, household tasks and everyday skills. Tell us which parts of your routine you want help with and what you prefer to do yourself.
Support coordination. Get help understanding your NDIS plan, exploring providers and organising the supports you choose. If a plan review is coming up, tell us when it is and what you would like help preparing.
Allied health. Explore physiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech pathology and psychology. If you are unsure which service to ask about, start by describing the everyday goal you want to work towards.
How to get started
- Make an enquiry. Use the enquiry form, email the Sydney office or call 1300 696 888. Tell us your suburb, the support you are looking for and how you would like us to respond. We’ll respond within one business day.
- Talk through intake. We’ll discuss your goals, current arrangements and the support you want to explore. The team can explain what is available and what information is needed to decide the next step. Let us know about any timing or access needs.
- Discuss a first meeting. If a meeting is the next step, tell us who you want involved and how you prefer to communicate. You can ask questions about the proposed support and discuss what would work for you before deciding how to proceed.
